PokePricer has no accounts and no database. There is nothing to sign up for, and nothing of yours is stored on a server.
Your collection, your lists, your goals and your settings are saved in your own browser's local storage. They never leave the device you typed them on. Nobody — including whoever runs this site — can see them.
The flip side: clearing your browser data deletes them, and they do not follow you to another device. That is what the Export button is for — it writes a file you can keep or move.
Pricing a card means asking somebody who knows the price. When you look one up, the card's name or code is sent to a price source so it can answer:
That is the whole of it: a card name, and nothing about you. Your collection is never uploaded, in part or in whole. Card images are loaded from those services too, which means they can see that an image was requested.
No advertising, no third-party tracking, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone. If visitor counts are ever measured here it will be with privacy-preserving analytics that set no cookies and do not identify individual people.
Accounts are being considered, so that a collection could follow you between devices rather than living in one browser. That would genuinely change this page — storing a collection on a server is a different promise from the one above. If it happens, this page gets rewritten before the feature ships, not after.
PokePricer is one person's project rather than a company. There is no support desk to promise a reply from, but questions are welcome through whatever channel you found this on.
